The Motor is not included, but the usual cause of Problems are the Cables, so this is the Part that usually fails and stops the Windows going Up or Down. What happens is the Cables start to Fray, and as they come apart, they jam up the Pulley Wheels. The Motor can usually be swapped over and fitted to this main Unit, and the common Window Lifting problem solved. This was a Design Fault in these Accents, as the Cables were just too thin to do the Job properly for the life of the Car, so most will fail at some stage. Fitting a New Unit like this is about the only way to cure the problem.
